I picked up my 2003 Acura CL Type-S Manual about a month ago and just received my wheels. At first I was going to go with a 19" Avant Garde 310 but changed my mind. I have always loved the BBS CH-R and since I have a machine shop in house at work I like to do things a bit different. So I went ahead and ordered a set of 19x8.5 +40 BBS CH-R in Titanium color. The wheels were originally 5x112 and I had them machined to 5x114.3 to fit the CL. I still dont have photos of the wheels on my car but will in the next day or two. Here are a few photos of the wheels getting machined. It feels like Christmas Thanks for looking!

Should look good on there. Not sure how I feel about the silver lip though.

Haha I have all my camera gear ready for a shoot tomorrow. I just finished lowering it some more, man it rubs like hell in the rear. I rolled the rear fenders this morning so next I will need to do some cutting to the rear bumper. I believe thats where most the rubbing is coming from.

Coat the tire in tire shine, put painters tape on the fender lip, and go for a drive. Youll see right away where its rubbing.
With that fitment, you probably just need to grind down the tabs. My (AustinTapers now) RJ DT3s were the same fitment with 235/40 tires, and thats what was required.
Also, pics.

Also if anyone is wondering the tire size I went with it's a 235/35/19. Thanks for the feedback everyone!

Thanks, I was a bit worried going aggressive with this car. After getting the wheels on yesterday, I was very pleased with the size I went with. I went and lowering the rear again this morning after I relocated the bumper tab. Now if I can just find me a Type-S bodykit

At 19x8.5" running the same 235/35 tire (I accidentally said 235/40 above, thats on the 18s), flush.
I wont embed the pic here, but click to see:

Note - That was before going lower and getting the rear camber in check.

civicdrivr pretty much explained it. I think the fitment is perfect. It was pretty flush before I dropped it more. The rear after dropping could use a 5mm spacer in the rear to even out the front a bit. Here are a few more photos from the side.
And here are a couple I missed yesterday.

Have you gotten an alignment? Do you have adjustable rear arms in the rear? It looks like the camber on the rear is towards the extreme end of factory specs, if not, past it. Correcting it could bring the rear slightly more flush.
One thing Ive noticed with this car is the fender arches in the rear stick out just slightly more then the front. You could run a spacer in the rear, but that would induce understeer since the rear track is wider then the front.
