My TL is a black/black with a lighter mirror tint. I'll be honest - it looks hot on the car. Whenever I go to dealerships to check out other cars, I always get compliments on it, too.

I like mirror tint and think it would go great with my bling bling look and all but someone told me once when I asked about putting it on my old TL they said it would look like ish because the glass on the car is treated with some green film or something so the mirror would have a tint of green in it.

not many peoplewill do 20% all the way around especially sine it's not legal in most state. However I noticed you're in CA so there shouldbe a lot of ppl who do some on the side at home. Offer $100 for someone to do it at their house. I got mine done for that much, just make sure it's someone you've seen the past work of.

Mirror tint is hot on a black car, especially if you have Chrome Rims.

well i finally got my windows tinted, no mirror tint to be found though

sorry no pics b/c no digicam but whatever everyone's seen a car with tint right?

anyways just for visual effect i got a black/black '03 cls 50% on the doors, 35% rear windows, and 5 % on the moonroof. i know it ain't that dark but with black/black i looks pretty damn dark to me. i got it all done for 100 bucks at a place by my pad, and even though it's cheep as fuc i know it's good work cause all my other cars have been to the same shop over the years.

now hopefully by the end of the month i'll get my rims (either 19" ace mantas hyperblack or 19" konig prophets)

How about 20% mirror tint all the way around on a white car? Even though illegal, I was able to get it done at my local tint shop, but they would not give me a receipt. The tint is made by Ray-Ban (like the sunglasses). The quality & heat rejection is exceptional. I have had it on now for close to 3 years & it looks just as good as the first day. I highly reccommend the Ray-Ban tint if it is available in your area. What do you think?
