Talking For All You Burlwood Interior Fans!

just installed this interior this past weekend. i wanted to enhance the interior while keeping it classy. there are more trims elsewhere but these are the main parts. i'll get some other pics up later.

yuck...i cant stand wood interiors unless they are real wood. the only way i can stand mine is cause i have the black and the wood is dark so i dont notice.

edit: i dont notice it AS MUCH....i would prefer the 03 int.

IMO, I think it's a bit much. But if you like it, that's all that matters.

Good work, I actually did this on my first CLS, it was an 03 6MT with the same color interior, the 6MT kit didn't include the cup door or the shifter, it looks better in person than in pix. After a year I decided I liked the 03 black/silver interior better and bought my anthracite,

a bit gaudy imo; kinda like an all red interior-you either love it or hate it.

I think it would be pretty nice if you lose a few pieces such as around the shift gate, coin/outlet covers, and around the radio.

^ ditto, a little less would be good but it does look nice, it's your car so whatever you like, plus keeping that plastic underneath looking good is a bitch. one of the finest points is the installation, did you do it yourself or have it professionally installed? i wouldn't go that far but to each his own.

did you get it through a shop or online like edashkit.com or something?
and btw, it wouldn't be so overwhelming in color to your car's interior if you removed some pieces but that's up to you.

from the pics, it seems as if it doesn't really match the stock trim.

I like it...
Just get rid of the all season floor mats...

I have the Black OEM All season floor mats with the ivory interior.
It doesn't look bad b/c there is some black in the panels.
But you took care of that...lol...

Nice job....!!!

i ordered the brushed aluminum kit.

yeah it does.^ but then this other kit has more pieces than trimsrus does. i guess trimrus didn't have those other pieces we were talking about for the aluminum kit.
so would you say it's fairly easy to install or REALLY easy?
