Turbo CLS. Incredible Numbers!

Turbo CLS. Incredible Numbers!
I went to the dyno today to sort this thing out once and for all. Cartek in Davie Florida did the tune and they have a very knowledgable individual there that did the work. He couldn't believe it. Read on.
After some discussion with him I decided to bail on the Bell engineering FPR. After fiddling with the fuel delivery issue, it's done. I didn't need riser, Comptech or otherwise. The only thing I'm using is an Aeromotive 1 to 1, part number 13109. I see a maximum of 55-57 lbs of fuel pressure at 10 lbs boost. The 440 injectors work excellent and I don't need the additional injector to add more fuel; therefore, it will be capped off.
AFR without the water injection was tuned to 11.8 give or take a little. I boosted to 10 lbs. There were close to 30 pulls in all with at least 15 of them at 10psi. Started out at 7 psi and tech ran it up in 3rd gear and pulled 417whp on the first pass. From there it just went up as he leaned it out from its super rich ration of 9.0 when I walked in the place. About midway through the tune, the torque numbers stopped showing up on the dyno and occasionally came in intermittent. On one run, the torque was 370ish ft. lbs and that was the last we saw of it for the remaining pulls.
This is the real deal folks. Look them up on the web and call them for you naysayers. All in all, the best run was 464 WHP SAE Corrected and guessing the torque to be in the neighborhood of mid 380's. The car was run with the cutout open and IMRC working this time. I have two vids if someone will host them, PM me your email address.
I'm showing the extra large pic for ease of reading.
This was run number 17, took a pic of the screen.

So, stock block and same Walbro GSS-342 pump at that boost? Any oil catch tank from pcv valve? Anything else?
Ask the dyno facility to supply HP/TQ combined dyno along with RPM on the bottom. I'm happy for you
BTW, tonight received the same 1:1 FPR, so going to install it soon while running confirmed 370cc '04 S2K injectors (will post in your injector thread). Yet, was thinking to updgrade fuel line to 3/8" from pump to FPR while keeping the stock return line and 342 pump. I really need to hit a dyno but plan after mentioned upgrades.

Yes, stock internals with the 255gph Walbro pump. No oil catch can. This is not with the RL cams. I'm using what came with the car with respect to the fuel line diminsions. I ended up with a total fuel pressure of 57-58 lbs wot at 10psi. The 440's flow 440 at a static pressure of 42 lbs (duh), so I don't need much more pressure to acheive the desired afr. Since your using 370s, you may need more pressure to make up the difference, and a person who knows how to set up the air flow map on the emanage to manipulate the stock ecu. You may need a 4to1 ramp rate. The bell gives 4 to 1 and works well with the aeromotive 1 to 1.
I'm going back to the shop hopefully today and will take pics of the screen showing the dyno of each run and torque on those runs. It's always something as the torque portion stopped working about midway through the tune. The tuner said this motor with 10psi could reach into mid 470 whp range with more tweaking, but countless runs would be needed.
The motor didn't seem to complain and most of those runs were back to back. When one run showed 450 and change at the wheels, we were all miffed. I said something has to be wrong with your dyno, but there is nothing wrong with it. The more he played with the fuel settings after each run, the more power it made till we reached the 464 mark.
Thanks to every one for the comments. When I get the pics of all the runs back to back, I guess I'll post several of them on here for inspection. For you florida boys, Cartek is a great place and respectible prices and they do other work as well.

Here are some runs with torque and afr. I'm still not happy with the afr as it's not straight and under load I see some fluctuations between 11.6 - 12.2. On some of these graphs, you'll see the torque showing very hig numbers, On these I placed the cursor to show what the true torque was before the signal went crazy. The machine develops the torque number from the ignition system according to the shop. These aren't all the graphs and I've combined 3 graphs to one printout so were not looking at 30 runs.
Addtionally, here are the video's of a run. It's good for 25 downloads each or 7 days, ummm, which do you think will expire first? So, if someone wants to re-host them for the other members, feel free to do so.

These 3 runs were in third gear. My first run started on Runfile_005 as they had my other 4 dyno runs from December in the same file, so it was a continuation. Right out of the box and running rich as 417. I still can't beleive it and am contemplating going to another dyno to see if this is correct.
this was the first of many 4th gear pulls. When I saw run_017, I said there has to something wrong with this thing. He said no there isn't. You can see the crazy things the torque was showing. You can get an idea of about what it was before it went squirly.
This graph shows a cursor with the torque and HP numbers before the torque readout went crazy.
And the final two runs with the cursor showing torque.
That's pretty much it, Now that I've had a chance to study the afr curve, no, I'm not happy. The AFR meter in the car doesn't look that crazy, however, my o2 sensors may be degraded from all this abuse, so there is more to come on how much this thing can handle.
All I can say is it is a tremendous beast when you push it to this extreme. Torque steer is evident, but manageable in a straight line, go around a slight curve such as an overpass and hang on, it's tough.
I'm Stoked! I never expected this much, never.

The scales are off (torque ) but the WHP is just great
Stock MAP sensor? I'm suprised with that pressure you have still stock PCV - IM hose an NO issues. I added Greddy oil catch can and it does collect any "blow-by" from crankcase.

There were a few runs where the torque showed up through out the entire pass. look at run number 007, a 3rd gear pass.
blk2001tlon19s- I have the comptech flywheel and disk, correct on the turbo.
