Wiper Fuse

My 20amp fuse for my windshield wiper/washer keeps blowing every time when I install a new fuse. How should I go about fixing this? Thanks.

Sounds like a short to me. It is impossible to really say where the short is. I would try a larger fuse for a second to see if that one blows. Then I would take it to the dealership, or an electrician.
