winshield washer not working?

is it the cold? its was abbout 0 degress here in nyc the other night, and the winshield washer wasnt working. I figured its probably frozen, but i did have the car running for about a hour. Also i dont hear the motor that pushes the fluid out wich makes me think somethings wrong. I took it to the dealer last week for an oil change and to fix my heated seat and since then it hasnt worked, maybe they disconected something and forgot to put it back? any ideas? thanks

Sorry but have to ask - Is the reservoir empty?

The washer fluid in the lines could have frozen if you used some cheap fluid.

Sometimes tip of the opening freezes and the washier fluid can not get through. it can happen because of the melted snow, or moisture. try cleaning the tip with the needle and it should work.

Mine has been acting up too. Last dealer service I told them the
drivers side nozzle was spraying like an 80 year old man with
prostate problems - they said they "cleaned it and adjusted the
spray pattern" - yeah right, and topped up the headlight fluid
while they were at it.
