it is actually a "cequent towing products" product, they just slap on a different name, and charge accordingly
still all the same thing, just a different sticker like reese, hidden hitch, draw tite
here are the install instructions:
http://www.hiddenhitch.com/fitguides/pdf/N60913.pdf
no drilling needed
curt hitches also makes a hitch for our cars, but there design looks like crap, let alone being universal design, and having to drill two of the three mounting points out
install instuctions:
http://sitepro12.sitepro.com/masterl..._11290_INS.pdf
don't like how you just drill into the floor pan, at least attach to the frame rails like above ^^^ for stabilization
they also have this design, but i still don't like it:
http://fileresource.sitepro.com/file...97808975B9.pdf
not a fan of making the bumperbeam also doing the work, let alone not much front to back stabalization on it, and drilling again :shakehead
also remember on all 3 designs the rear tow hook is taking the load from the hitch, with the arms just stabilizing the reciever part
why you want a hitch anyways???

rated for 200 lbs weight, so should be more then sufficient
also remember the rack itself weighs some too, and also what happens if someone else goes with you, even more weight back there , but you still be way under the weight limit though so NP there,
just be aware your back end might sag a little bit from the weight being so far back there, so takes bumps and such slow, and you should have no problem
as said i would prefer the cequent hitch over the curt one, but it looks like you have already done that (i prefer no drilling required installs )

or maybe instead of just black, cover the majority of it with undercoating to match the rest of the undercoating on the car, then just leave the last couple of inches of it painted black so the undercoating does not interfer with the operation of it (pins sliding in and such)(basically the safty chain loops back would just be painted, and every thing foward of them be undercoated)
what ever you do to it, it will still be visable, it's just a matter of how visable (or not) you make it and such

car is rated to tow 2000 pounds from the factory (with 200 pounds weight), so the tranny will be perfectly fine, especially if you add an externial cooler to it
and yeah if i biked (or something like snowboard) on a regular basis, i would proably prefer the hitch, pull one pin and the rack is off the car, let alone never touching the paint (just make sure the bike does not sway at all though), but also the load is behind the car, so no additional wind (actually a little does, but not much at all)(on the highway) has to be broken, so less drag overall, so better MPG, let alone less load on the tranny itself from the smaller amount of drag

also make sure to get a new hardware kit too (part # is in the instructions above ^^^), better safe then , let alone having to proable deal with how bolts and such like to sieze up with where you live
also for the undercoating, make sure to not spray the mounting flanges with it, and only use paint there (don't want something crushing in between the mounting flanges, and not letting you achieve the proper torque on the bolts themselves), but once installed, i would say cover those bolt heads and such in the undercoating to help seal them up also
