Where to find red acura emblem?

Ok, I've gone to hell and back trying to find an OEM Acura emblem, but in RED, the kind that came on the Type R's.
Anybody know of a site that has them?

The one i have now is no longer being offered by the company i got it from, plus, it has condensation in it, so I want a new one.

TIA~

A colored emblem is now considered rice? Whatever you say.

I've seen them on eBay. You're talking about the ones that have the red backgrounds right?

rice to me = pointless and gaudy exterior or interior mods...

emblems, large, gaudy stickers, most body kits, windshield washer lights, tire vavle lights, fart cans, etc..thats rice...

hey, if you guys like going that route, go for it. i for one wont be putting any cheap imitation badges on my car that are of a different color no less...its ricey. for a civic or integra, etc..fine, i can understand the desire to be rice because everyone else is, but on an acura CL-S...its just rice

Its the same sized emblem, and it looks great on silver, dipshit.

So I guess a a Type R is also ricey to you.

You're just some old man from Milwaukee who hates change.

Jim, I woulda never guessed you were only 22!!! That makes me feel like an old fart myself.

hey, seriously though, the red emblem looks awesome. Totally not ricey at all. The red matches the red in the Type S lettering.

Typeskid - Don't worry about jim, he is just blowing out hot air .... like his removed resonator and stock air box hehehe! :P

I like the red emblem. I saw one on a black 03 cls the other day and it look good with the new tail lights. I wouldn't mind having one too.

Rice rice baby mod and mod happy i don't think it's rice.

I actually agree with you on this point.
I think it works because all of the other accents on the car are red.

I will, however, say that a red badge puts the ricepatrol level to an automatic yellow alert.

I'm with you on the red badge, but I think it doesn't take much to go from pulling it off to absolute rice. I'd stay away from stickers, even the small ones.

Atleast TypeSKid isn't putting a Type R or SI badge on his car.

Gawd damn too...why did Acura put such a big fat "A" on our trunk? It's like asking for some kids to come and steal it and use it as a keychain or some backpack ornament.

I was talking about the A emblem, not the A-C-U-R-A emblems.

personally what i'd do is find a wrecked 01 or 02 (like a roll over)type R where it didn't tear up the emblems then take them off. if you do a junkyard search you can find them cheap

I for one am EXTREMELY thankful that the size is so large...I go to UCI, and every second Integra just as two holes in the back, where the Acura emblem used to be. Shit, my typeS sticker was stonlen the day I brought it to school...my acura emblem would probably have been stolen before I even got to school.

That's why I debagged mine. Better to remove all the emblems yourself before some idiot scratches your car doing it.

Hmmm... I'm usually anti-rice, but after reading this thread last night I looked at my car this morning and thought:

The black "A" on my steering wheel would look alot better in red since I have a san marino red cls

so would "Racing" pedals be considered rice?? i mean they're bigger than stock so you have better foor control but its still rice i'm assuming...i think the carbon fiber A might look good, you can't say rice without seeing it

"Rice" is being overplayed IMO.

every mod that makes your car different can be called rice according to some.

We need to like start a campaign to do away with the "rice" word. It was funny at first...but now it's plain annoying. If it's ugly, it's ugly...don't call it rice.
