You can make +42 fit, but it's not fun.

It will involve either griding some of the front caliper off or using a spacer.

And don't foget rolling the fender wells in the rear.

I wouldn't do it again.

Like mcdanjw said, +42 with 18X7.5 will fit but you may need spacers to clear the calipers. See my sig. It worked for me.

Will a 45 or 42+ push the wheels out too much?

The euro look looks nice on euro cars, but on this Acura, I doubt it would...

+42 if you not lowered. If your lowered +43 will work(barly) Really should get +45 if your lowered. The less the offset, the more the wheel will stick out. I have 17X8 +50 lowered & have no problems.

It doesn't stick out... it looks good. See the link below for pics. There are a couple looking down the side of the car so you can see how much a +42 sticks out. This is with an Eibach Prokit drop.

I agree, you should try and get +45 or higher offset. But +42 and lowered will work, but barely.

I got 18x7.5 with +42 off set. I have Comptech springs and my don't rub or stick out of the fender. Some rims will not clear the caliper, especially those that have lips. It all depend on how the spokes on the rim are design.
