What does it mean original headers in 3.2 V6 ?

What does it mean original headers in 3.2 V6 ?
In the Tuner's Guide section, for comptech headers, it says: the original headers for the 3.2L V6.
what does that mean ?
Does that mean Acura had used comptech headers in the design but decided to pull it out came production day ?
or does it mean, it was the only headers available until OBX came out with theirs?
