fog lights

are they an option or no i went today for the car and forgot to ask

no, roadlamp came stock on 01s and 02s, but they took those off for 03.

yea, and the lights aren't functional, just for flare, they are considered driving lights and don't have enought light output to do anything in terms of aiding night lighting.
