What Color Should I Get

I need some help deciding which color I should get. I am torn between the red and the blue.

If I get the red I will go with the full gold package. If I get the Blue I will stay with the Silver.

It is going to have a spoiler if that makes any difference. Other options will be moonroof visor, mud guards, and wheel locks.

By the way I am considerably older then most of the owners on this board if that makes any difference in the color choice.

Thanks, LTK

Get the blue. It looks better IMO. Also the gold trim kit looks a little ghetto for me.

Yeah, but darker colors absorb more light/heat. At least red is reflecting that color, which is a hot (temperature) color. Overall making your car cooler!

everyone and their mom will get the blue, just like the silver, black, and white. The red in the CL look nice. put about 5 coats of wax on it. THE GOLD SUCKS!!! use the money from the gold and put that along with your tax refund and get headers.

Blue: Nice but trendy, you may get tired of it.
Red: Traditional, gold trim is not for me, but I almost got the red, but settled for the classy, traditonal Black on Black !

Good luck !

OK so far you all have convinced me to not get Ghetto Gold Lettering and Grill. So you guys saved me some money there and most likely my reputation.

I just realized with the Agaean Blue you can't get a Parchment interior, so thats out.

I am leaning now more to Arrest Me RED, with the Traditional BLACK with a Parchment interior a long shot.

Thanks to all who have responded so far!!

Peace, LTK

black is by far the best, but the dirtiest, silver stays clean, as does white but not as much. red is too flashy for this car. and blue is pimp. they all drive the same so its up to u.

I was in the same dilemma this Saturday - I went with the Red! The blue reminded me too much of a NYS trooper car! Which, on second thought, might not be too bad. They might mistake you for one of their own!

Thanks to all!!

I ordered the black with parchment interior. I liked the blue but it only comes with the bowling bowl interior. Nothing wrong with that but not my cup of tea. I moved away from the red because I did not need the hassle of being pulled over just because of the cars color.

I plan to tint the windows after I get it. I ordered spoiler, moonroof visor, mudguards and wheel locks. Yes I listened to you all and ditched the idea of Gold Lettering. That saved me three hundred bucks which will be applied to upgrades after I get the car.

The only problem is Smithtown Acura did not have one on the lot. We will see how fast they can come up with one. I have time my lease on a 98CL ends in August.

Again thanks to all for your responses.

Peace, LTK

I'm finally picking up my car on Friday!!! (It's about time!!!) Anyhow, my personal preference is Black/Black w/ Navigation. I've added the stock chrome wheels including the black lettering offered by the dealer. It's quite a dazzler. CAN'T WAIT!!!!

Blue is tight though!! I'd probably like the red as well, but that's my current color.....got to keep the ladies on their toes, right?! HAHA

What is considerably older(36 here)? I have and recommend the white/black int..
Definately get the spoiler. I will soon have my pics on here with the chrome grille inserts. It draws a LOT of attention, especially when I pull into the Acura dealer.
