What Bothers Me About...The CompTech Exhausts!
I had Palm Beach Acura install my system months ago. The right exhaust pipe is perfect. The left one is off a little to the left. When I went back to PBA, they were able to make a slight adjustment and said that the problem was in the hanger. Do you guys think I should bring it to a muffler shop or just say fug it. Am I being too particular? Opinions and suggestions please and thankyou.

well it sure beats the typical right sagging pipe we stock exhaust owners got
up to u man...dunno how much, if at all, it's gonna cost for the adjustment...u said "little to the left," so can u deal with it, or is it more of an eyesoar???

The problem is absolutely in the hangers. Every TL that had Comptechs put on has this problem.
The fix is to buy some heavy duty tie wraps and tie up the left exhaust so it sits higher.

With a bit of "convincing" this problem can be rectified.I have had to do this to almost all of the CT mufflers to some degree as they do hang a bit differently than the stockers.But a few minutes worth of leverage with the BIG pry bar and this can be easily set right.Jens

from making some minor ajustments on parts to making some minor ajustments on people's heads when they mess with your car
