Moomaster_99 has the short ram with the Weapon-R v2 filter as well as the cold air box and ram air option.

Personally I don't like the ram air option but it's your car. I think it looks kinda funny basically you have dryer ducting in your car to help move some cold air to the filter and it leaves a weird looking vent in your grill.

I would personally just get the cold air box and the short ram with a v2 filter. You don't get hydro-lock b/c its a short ram and you still get the cold air because the box hold in the cold air and protects that air from the heat of the engine.

I have it on my TL. I actually feel the difference with the ram air attached. It's got more pull, but one thing I worry is that I'll suck up all the dirt to the filter. I'll be going to the track to test with the ram air attached and detached.

There were discussions on revscene.net (I think) about how "ramming" air into the intake manifold proved to be less beneficial and even detrimental in some cases then the convential method of "breathing", which is how the CAI and SR style intakes operate.

Also, the notorious Weapon R quality issues....

I don't give an Weapon-R propaganda...I tell you what is up with the product....I tell you the pros and cons...the intake makes a hum noise...the dynos show it puts as much power to the ground as your vaulted AEM CAI....the ram air is an old drag racer trick....

It's a few people on that site that are mad....one in particular it seems...I was at that race too....what had happened was after the first round of eliminations broke out...a fight happened. I don't know if he should refund EVERYONE or not....but I don't see him blaming any of the race crews involved in the fight...correct? All I have to say is an intake is an intake. His coilovers are better used for civics....and the hose isn't any different from the same ones used by AEM, Comptech or any other major supplier.

Just my .02 cents.

And ask anybody from the bay area if I would keep something on my car that made it slower....

If you saw one of those "TV lipo-danger specials", you would opt for a mouth lock.
