What I wanted to add was
I think it is a little high on the price....if you are patient you can probably find a little better deal.
For example...another member on here is selling an 03 6MT with 90k miles for 11k.
But given the state of auto sales...they might be willing to be a little more flexible than usual.
If you can't get the price you want from the dealer then go private.
2003 6MT is now probably the most desirable model (IMO) so I think you will pay more for that model.

Depending on where you are and condition i'd say anywhere between 10.5 - 12.5 but you are buying from a dealer so its always going to be higher.
Also make sure you ask the dealer for a carfax because when I was searching I saw several 03"s at Acura dealers that had already accidents on the carfax but dealers will always try to minimize that. If the carfax has an accident and you still want the car you can use that as a bargaining tool.

I would not go more than 12.5K out the door. Ok maybe 13K.
Don't always go by what car fax say's. Check the car out yourself. I just went to a dealer on a 2005 GTO and the car fax showed no accidents. But if you lift the hood and look at the bolts that hold the fenders on, you can tell if they have been removed or not. in this case they had. So I thought maybe it was very minor, like a ding or somthing the had to beat out from the inside. But then I noticed there was corassive battery acid ran all down the in side of the bay, under the battery. So I relized that the car had to be hit hard enough in the side to bust the battery. Carfax showed nothing. There was another time I tried to buy a car and Carfax was good to go. But then my Credit Union pulled some other report that showed the car had substancial damage at one point and they would not loan money on it. That was good because it protected me.
So always look and every bolt you can see. If the paint in worn off because someone has put a socket on it, be wary.
Good luck buying!
