UR Pulleys
I've got both the UR Crank and Alternator Pulleys. I've been wanting to do this myself, but don't have the time nor the tools to do so. I'm planning on calling a shop to get a quote, though I can't decide if I should ask about getting the alternator pulley install as well. From what I understand, the Crank pulley is the only one that has any improvements, so would it be worth the time, and maybe extra installation costs to get the alt. pulley installed?
Nope, as for the crank pulley. Its pretty simple to do on your own.
Jack up your car and take off the passenger side tire.
Pull the ignition coil fuse and put a breaker bar with a big socket on the crank nut.
Brace the bar against the ground in the opposite direction of the crank rotation.
Find something to hold the old crank pulley so it doesn't rotate.
Jump in the car and crank the car for 1/2 a second.
There is more work putting on the new belts, but you didn't ask for that so I wont tell you.
As for the the Alt pulley, it won't do anything, it is just for looks.
Think about it in the whole scheme of things. If you plan on keeping this car for 3 years and are going to spend $150 to get the crank pulley put on, what is an extra $100 for the Alt.

Sounds like there is some valuable information to be had here. Care to enlighten me?
If it doesn't have any gains, I wouldn't pay for the installation.
I want to order a crank pulley and I believe there are some tips on breaking that bolt loose on here somewhere.

for the most part, the installation is simple and straightforward as long as you have the right tools. the hard part is getting the bolt holding the stock crank pulley and placing the belts back on. if you can get the crank pulley off yourself, you might as well do the alternator as well if you have the right belts for that. this should give you the idea:

go ahead and PM me with any questions, Andrew.

I gotta tell everyone, when I did mine last year I took the wheel off and put a long extention on there to get out past the wheel well. Then i put a 1/2" ratchet on that and heaved...nothing. So I put a 18" breaker bar on instead...still stuck. So then I got crazy and put a SIX FOOT JACK HANDLE over the 18" extention and heated the big crank bolt nut. Then with a friend holding the first extention still I lifted up on the jack handle with everything I had and heard a CRACK......sounded like a gunshot!. I thought I had broken the crank or something. No, the bolt had finally let go. Good luck, they're on there tight!
Once you get it done you'll be glad you did as the gains are pretty good

I gave up when the 1/2" impact gun wasn't making the bolt move...lol. Took it to a local shop and they used a 3/4" gun...came right off.
The underdrive crank pulley sure frees up a lot of power. It weighs in under 2 lbs while the stock crank weighs almost 10
