I have a built in tv tuner for my in dash tv, what can I do to get good reception? and does tint affect it?

 

Not much! Just find some good amplified antennas (Clarion,Sony,accele,ect.) your always going to get shit reception when you're moving, when you're parked it will be okay. tv tuners are a waste of money. what do you have a panasonic flip out monitor? or the new pioneer?

 

Its the new Pioneer. ill have to look into a better antenna i guess. thanks

 

try differant placements around the car with the antennas til you get the best reception

 

do you have a ampifiyed antenna. that helps

 

can anyone suggest an amplified antenna for the GEX? I could be wrong but isn't the GEX antenna amplified? It is sold separate.

I have the Kenwood 911 DVD and my TV tuner suck ass too..
My located acrosss my front windshield..

 

If you have metallic tint you might have some probelems.
