Need Your Guys HELP!!
Okay, so here is the problem...
last Saturday my 2nd transmission goes out, vsa lights, check engine lights, the works.. so I called Acura rodeside assistance that day, they get a tow out to me (just a little late) but.. they dont have the correct tow truck to get my car.. (understandable) I was told they made note of what to bring next time, so then they tell me to call on Monday, which I do.. again the two truck arrives late (doesnt suprise me) but this tow guy says hes gonna charge me $5 per mile.. wtf. by this time already ive talked to 4 different Acura rode side assistace operators, all of which said the tow would be covered. so of course he was sent back. so now its Tuesday, my car has been out for four days, no loner, no anything, I call back again. set it up, and goto work, (the two was over 1hr late already by the time I goto work) anyhow. I just got off work and I still see my car parked there.. now im thinking what could have went wrong this time.. the thing is each time the tow truck guys came I was at work, so my brother dealt with them, so I still dont know the story on what happened this last time, anyway. what im getting at is. how do I go about complaining. the only real problem on my side was the car being too low for a reg. tow truck, but note was made of it the first time an attempt was made, now its on the third truck. this is all getting a bit unreasonable.. if they try to stick me with a crappy enterprise car again im gonna be
.. my car just had the pcm valve replaced two weeks ago.. and now the tranny goes out. :flamer: Acura..
HOW DO I GO ABOUT COMPLAINING?
1. Write a letter?
2. is there a number to call?
3. any suggestions are welcome

ohh yeah. at least I got to take pics of my car with my friends digicam, ill post em' up when she uploads them to me. sucks though my cars been sittin outside for days when it should be in the garage.

imo, all you have to complain about is the tranny going out.
sounds like it's not all their fault they haven't picked up the car yet. you should have told them in the beginning that the car was lowered.
