no need to do that. just remove the platic lining under the front fender...not the whole thing...just the front part of the lining. you'll need to remove a couple of clips to do that. then reach in deep...you'll be able to access the bulb. you'll need to turn counter clockwise to get the bulb holder out then slowly pull it out. the wires are long enough for you to be able to pull the whole thing out to change the bulb. put the new bulb in using either latex gloves (without the powdery stuff) or something to keep the oil of your hands off the bulbs. plug the whole thing back in slowly so as not to get grease or dirt on the bulbs. for the rears, just remove the trunk lining...the bulbs are very easy to access.

You just can't go wrong with a bulb like this that is has a 2 year warranty...

my front and rear turns 2 weeks ago... Looks awesome during the day now.. no more amber bulb showing during the day.

Your not reaching down.. your on your back under the car and reaching way up into each corner.. A flash light helps. It is hard to see and a far stretch.

sorry if i didn't explain it well enough. you need to go through via the wheel well.....not via the hood. if your doing the right side, turn the steering wheel all the way to the left to get better access to the right bulb. now go to the right wheel well, look up and remove the clips holding the plastic lining inside the wheel well. just remove the front ones...i think there are 2 or 3 screw type clips. then slowly pry out the plastic lining till the opening is big enough to fit your arms. you'll see the signal bulb holders straight ahead. a flashlight will help as smitty says. if doing the left side, turn the steering wheel all the way to the right. the rest is the same.
