I remember reading that you had random misfire codes. I had the same problems as you and when i checked my motor, i had two bad fuel injector and a bad coil. Since your going turbo and possibly switching to mdx fuel injector, you shouldnt have a problem anymore.

you need to "host" the pictures on a site like imageshack. It's free, just sign up and upload the pics. Choose the pic size for forums 640x480 (something like that). It'll give you a link and you just copy and paste the link into your actual post.

lol you think those header bolts are ruff?
try a ford..
hehehe i looked at my buddy's mustang and there is not even enough room to get a tool of any sort on half the bolts it's amazing how stupidly it's built.
honda/acura is a godsend in comparison.
doing the headers on my cl were almost too easy IMHO, in comparison to others i mean

I originally was going to go with the rear turbo setup but my mechanic ran the rear turbo setup and said he made great power but the problems were so bad that he took the setup off. So I decided to go with a top mount. As for injectors, I didnt know how reliable the rdx setup was so I went with lucas 440cc injectors. Aeromotive fpr and obx fuel injectors. Which leads me to my next question....Im a little unsure of how to setup the fuel rails with the fpr. Could anyone give me a brief explanation of how that setup would go?

Ok so I guess Ill start off with how I started the swap and what I ran into so far! Its pretty much a no brainer though. I actually started by installing little things throughout the weeks leading up to the actual turbo install. I first had my clutch and flywheel replaced along with the timing belt, front and rear main seals, water pump, cam seals, etc. Once I got the car back, I started on the install for the fic. By the way anyone wanting to use aems jumper harness for the fic, IT IS ONLY FOR AUTOMATICS! THEY DO NOT MAKE ONE FOR THE MANUALS!! So I hardwired my fic unit. I mounted it to the passenger floorboard and ran the usb cord through a passage way that allows it to come out through the glove compartment. I followed a diy on how to relocate the battery to the trunk that was here on azine. As for the turbo install, I used a turbo manifold for a v6 accord but THERE IS ALOT OF CUTTING AND WELDING INVOLVED!!! My back manifold did not line up correctly with the j pipe. I thought at first it would have to be lengthened to match the front half of the jpipe because my oil pan was off and at the shop but I was wrong. the entire j pipe needs to be shortened by about 1 1/2 inches so that it will sit nice and snug against the pan. The down pipe will also have to be shortened so that it does not scrape over speedbumps and so that it lines up with the rest of the piping. I cut out my cat and had a 2 1/2in straight in place of it which wll also have an electronic cutout so that I can keep my stock piping. The 2 1/2 pipe will be welded to a reducer so that the piping fits ok. Also the turbo up pipe will have to be shortened at the base so that you dont have to shave parts of your subframe. That was probably the biggest mistake ive made. I was trying to take the cheap way out of having the shop properly shorten the entire pipe setup but it wasnt worth it in the long run. Ive spent an extra 250 bucks or so for a hack job and will now have to still have a fab shop do it correctly. My intercooler has aluminum mounting points welded to the bottom of it to which I drilled holes in it and also drilled to mounting holes into the radiator support. I then tapped the drill points so that I could securely mount the intercooler. The bumper will also have to be trimmed a slight bit to get the intercooler piping to fit correctly. I am also running an aem meth kit to help with cooling temperatures but I think I am also going to order a mishimoto thermostat along with an adjustable radiator fan switch to help with cooling temps. If you decide to run this setup, you will also need to purchase the ac relay setup along with it so that your fans will kick on when the ac is running. I have to run this setup because while installing the aem wideband, I leaned against the fuse box and now somehow a connection is not being made to turn my fans on anymore. So I figured I would kill two birds with one stone this way. As for oil drain and feed. I chose a spot on the back half of the pan above th drain plug but I think that the drain line is a little lengthy so I would choose another spot if i were you! The shop I purchased my drain bung from sold me one so effing huge that it wouldnt fit anywhere else on the pan!! As for the oil feed, I am running a sandwich plate to make things easier along with a 10ft stainless steel feed line so I can run it against the firewall and not have lines all over the place. For vacuum lines, I am using a vacuum block so I dont have to tap into every available vacuum line on the motor. Another issue I ran into will be the intake on the turbo. I am running a t70 turbo so I needed a 4in intake. But the filter is sooo damn big that it is hitting the shifter lines. So you will need to purchase a shorter filter. I think I covered most of everything but If there are any questions, let me know.
