anything that is worn out or broken.
any fluids that havent been changed out in a while.
coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid. any and all fluid.
brake pads and rotors?
suspension?
any thing that is broken.

fix it or replace said broken items.
how about hoses? any hoses that are brittle or weak? change them.
any corroded grounding cables? replace them.

basically look throughout the entire car to find anything that is broken or worn out.

Anything that is worn out. though be careful; chances are that if you haven't been keeping up on maintaining all the various bits; you'll find things that need to be replaced on the way to replacing what you originally intended to replace. For example ignition coils when replacing spark plugs; or ball joints, bushings or tie rods when you just wanted to replace a few end links.

Yup. This tuneup is every 105k miles OR every 7 years. Age is much more a concern with the timing belt and seals, than mileage. So I'd definitely do the timing belt, water pump, rear main seal, plugs, and valve adjustment now.

My list for a tune-up
  • Spark plugs
  • Valve adjustment (only if the valve train is noisy)
  • Injector cleaner in the fuel tank
  • Oil Change
  • Transmission fluid change
  • Replace accessory belts, if worn/cracked
  • Drain and replace brake fluid (re-bleed calipers)
    • Lube caliper slide pins with silicone lubricant
    • Inspect and replace pads and rotors, if needed
  • Replace power steering fluid and re-bleed rack
  • Coolant drain and refill
  • Inspect suspension components for wear (Ball joints, sway bar links, bushings, etc.)
  • Perform idle relearn
  • Inspect exhaust for leaks
  • Inspect driveshafts and boots
  • Replace intake filter
  • Replace cabin filter
  • Inspect and replace timing belt + components
  • Replace Water Pump, if needed
  • Check for fluid leaks
  • Inspect tires
  • Check for burnt out bulbs (brake light, etc.)

That's everything I'd do for every 100k mile mark

so, basically go throughout the entire car and see what items that need to be replaced either because it's broken or worn out.
