The TSX/TL keys for 04 and have a FCC # that starts with OUCG8D (it's amazing what you'll find by searching over on the tsx board 
)
I don't beleive it will work, but you can always as your dealer if it will (like all those damn sketchy ebay auctions ask you to do)....
We do know for sure that any fob that has "E4EG8D-44H-A" on the back will work for sure...
