Transmission fluid 15k change..

Ok, was looking at my 15k maintainance receipt and it does not appear they changed the tranny fluid at this service?? I know I should open up my manual, but too lazy too. Is this something they should have changed?? What is the service interval the transmission fluid should be changed at?

Manual says 30,000 miles. I feel better doing it every 15,000. I consider it cheap insurance.

Even though the manual says 30k, the shop I go to likes to do it at 15k. They just did mine a couple of weeks ago and I feel it made a difference. Its feels less "slushy" and more connected to the engine. You probably won't hurt anything running it to 30k.

Someone here was quoted $40 by a dealer. I got mine done by an indepenent Honda/Acura shop at the 15k service and the total was only $115.
