This car spoils us.

I borrowed by dad's 1995 Q45 while my car was in the shop today and damn. I know it is a luxo car but still I took a turn our car would have handled fine at the speed I took it at (without VSA) and I broke th rear end loose. In a rear whell drive car you have to act fast when this happens the car "jumped" 6 inches sideways on me it would have kept going if I hadn't braked and gotten the wheels gripping again. steering has no effect in a rear wheel drive car when you loose it I learned that much. I thick with using my moms V70 t5 volvo from now on it has tighter suspention tihgter turning radius a turbo and a quicker 0-60. I still ove my car though. But boy did it feel good to get my car back at the end of the day felt like a whole new car (probibly what you guys with springs or apexi experiance) after driver my dad's "boat" that thing didn't have body roll the wheels would stay planted (maybe) and the car from ould slide side ways on the shocks WTF. It was really weird every bump it would kinda slosh and I felt Like I might loose it. (I wasn't speeding by more than 5 either)

Reminds me of driving my '89 Camaro. The rear-end on that thing broke loose all the time, especially if I was in a sharp turn and hit a small bump! I really like the CL-S FWD so far.

the car dosen't have good tires because at 60,000 miles we found out the support arms were short and had messed up the camber as a result the outside edge of the tires in really worn and that doesn't help in a hard turn when most of the wheight is on one wheel and thewight on the wheel is on a well worn spot.

after you learn how to control them. there is a little fun too bad the Q45 doesn't have nearly as much pick up as a cl-s and it's tires don't slip as easily but when they do it is a reall peel out and not this criping crap we have.

I had a 1991 Q45 and, like we try to compare our CLs to other cars, it too was a different animal. It was not designed to "handle" like the CL, but it could certainly get out of its own way. Getting on the freeway was really a matter of "stab and steer" to around 110 and then hittin' the cruise control.

my 90 accord with a dc sports front sway is amazingly good at manuvering. it's actually pretty pin point when driving in dry weather.
