I don't know anybody that uses it but I could see how it would actually help. I would try it if it was cheaper.

This comes up about every 6 months, so do a search for more info. Basically, these things are pretty much useless, there have been a handful of independent tests and the results show that they don't help.

I have seen dyno runs where the car actually lost power from the baseline run with the tornado.

i had a version of the tornado called spiralmax. it's supposed to be much better. i tried one unit when i had my integra GSR, and it gave me a pretty good boost in power, a lot better gas mileage. so i ordered another, got friendly with the owner, and he let me test out a new model for free that they're trying to get out. you can be a skeptic, but this one worked for me. www.spiralmax.com

Good to see that no expense was spared on the installation instructions.

Do a search.. there are topics archived in the Extremely Useful Topics section outlining how crappy this is.
