Rear window defroster

Is it just me or is the rear defroster frikkin slow????

Yes it's slow,and mine has the bottom strip"burned out".
No defrost on the bottom section , and static on the radio when in use when it's cold out.
The only option was to replace the entire window.
I decided to leave it as is.
I Didn't want the dealer to mess with it.

I had the dealer check out the operation of mine. I thought it was too slow also. They found it to be working fine. I guess we just have to live with it.

If anyone has burned out strips, get a hold of a HELM's service manual...they list a way to fix it..applying conductive paint to the strips
