Took S4 to Montreal. First long trip since I sold CL-S
I went to Montreal from Toronto this weekend to go to a friend's cottage that is 100 km from Montreal itself.
I have my subs+ amp from the Acura that I am going to transfer. I already got 12 % tints done last week.
The car was great on the trip. I brought it all the way to the top of 5th which is around 255, and ran a little bit of 6th but ran out of room.
We made a 650 km trip in 4hours and 20 minutes.. And not all of it was highway... We left at 12 am and the highways were deserted except for trucks..
It' s being the first major trip since the Acura, and I miss all the mods I did to it, and I am going to have to modify this S4 some more, especially suspension wise. It has springs but I need stiffer shocks or a coilover kit, its getting too bouncy.

Steve...I know you guys were smokin, but I doubt it took exactly 4:20 to get there

Oh man, 255...if the S-De-Q tagged you...bye bye license! And you get to spend the night in Kweebeck jail! S**T even the OPP are pretty thick along 401 K'ton to Cornwall...anything over 140 and you're toast.

No the the fast runs were done on the open stretches, I know of the OPP around Cornwall and so on..
It is one of those one time things.. Getaway in Stockholm style..
Robb, we were smoking , But in reality when we stopped one last time before we went into the dirt road that leads to his cottage it was 4:17 driving time, not actual time, on the trip computer.. I rounded up but that is so jokes..
The gas mileage was decent.. On the way back I got 300 kms on half a tank, but thats where the traffic opened up and the second half was about 220
