For those of u with springs and shocks

How much did u pay for ur whole setup. did u just buy springs or did u buy both. i figured it out if u buy both and it's around 800 for both. arent coilovers a better buy for the price?

For the price, go with the coilovers. Last Ic hecked, the Apex'i were about 900 and the Teins are a tad over 1K... I think coilovers would suit you better as u'll be able to control the ride height and at least the spring on the coilover was designed with that specific shock in mnd rather than a mi-xmatch deal.

I had Comptech springs (around $300) installed with my Comptech swaybars (also around $300) for $140. So $740 for springs/sways.

Then I bought the Nex coilovers for $650 and had them installed for $120. So $760 for coilovers (springs/shocks).

That's all I can say, other than I LOVE the coilovers.

of course i wouldn't want exacty stock but i want it close. when u lower a car you change the center of gravity. you don't do it to just get a stiff ride. you want a litter stiffer ride but no make it like a stock car. no?
