This is what I would do……

Take it apart & put a little dab or two of silicone sealer on the O.D. of the smaller pipe.
Just a LITTLE or you won’t be able to get it apart.
Put it back together and twist the pipe a bit to disperse and then put the clamp back on snugly and you should be OK.

I should probably check and see if mine fell off. I haven't checked it since I installed it a month ago

I think you would hear it rolling around inside the bumper when you went around a corner.
Unless of course there’s a big enough opening that it can fall out and get lost.

well..

What I did was get some rubber double sided sticky tape and stuck it on the bottom of the icebox (making sure to clean the crap out of it first) then let it (with the tape on the outside sticky part of the tape still attached to the tape) sit for awhile.

I then attached the lower horn and cranked the crap out of the collar.

As far as I can tell the lower horn is still there.

Mine fell off a week after installation, I took it out and made sure the clamp was tight and wrapped it a few times around in black electrical tape. It's been secure ever since, as I check it occasionally.

Why did that have to be two pieces to begin with? Could they have made the horn permanently attached to the bottom of the icebox? Or will the horn not fit through the hole down to the bumper.
