This is just an observation but here in So Cal... it was a somewhat hard time finding
a nice CL and, no one was dumping them price wise.. The nice ones i did find didn't
last long and were snatched up for a premium price. 3 local dealers only had a few
and the ones i inspected weren't up to my standards. Maybe it differs in other areas
but stated current prices in the postings above don't add up down here... I paid
$20K for my 01 CL-S with 31K on it... and that was about as cheap as i could find
for one that i considered in near perfect condition...

Depending on the condition of your car....that puppy would sell pretty quickly
here.. especially with those miles... Down here, seems like everyone has
70K + on their CLs and, it ain't uncommon for people in general to be driving
20K+ per year... So with 41K on your car.. it's a deal!

I understand why you want to change your car, so go ahead. Try to negotiate a bit more, that price doesn't seem low to me.
