Hello,

Recently (a week ago) I noticed that the temperature indicator on my 1999 CL 3.0 is raising up to almost to 3/4 of the indicator when using A/C. When I first realized this, I turned my A/C off and the indicator came down to normal. On the second run, I left the gauage moving up and saw the indicator move down from close to 3/4 position to normal position (below 1/2) by itself . Also, I found that this is happening after I drove atleast for like 45 mins or so and have the A/C around 72. The car by itself is running normal, A/C is workinf fine, no check engine inidicator,....

Does anyone had similar issue before?

 

I see this is your 1st post. Welcome to the Acura club, but you should actually be posting in the First Generation group.

Sounds like your thermostat is going bad. Try a search. It's a cheap fix.

 

T-Stat is bad, get it changed before you overheat!

Change your fluid too.
