Sportswing's spoiler -- what do you think?

Hello,

How many of you guys have Sportswing's spoiler? (http://www.sportwing.com/spoilers/)
Please let me know what you think about it. It looks very much like the factory one, and it is only $238, which is more than $200 cheaper than the Acura factory one sold on A&H Motors ($479). I am just wondering about the quality, weight, paint jobs, etc of this after market brand.

I did a search on this forum, but not many threads came up.

Thanks,
J.

Looks nice. Just make sure it comes with a complete wiring harness and mounting kit. Also, make sure the paint matches before you install it.

I have the SportWing spoiler on my CL-S and I have to say that the car looks complete now. The spoiler actually has more of a curve on the underside than the stock one. Personally, I think it looks better than the stock one.

Also, their paint job is very good. I just gave them my color code and they matched it very well.

At the last CL meet, everybody like my spoiler over the their stock ones.

Did it come complete with the wiring harness and mounting kit? Can you post some pics of it?

My silver cls has one. It looks great and can't really tell the difference between the factory and sportwings spoiler. It comes with four screws, wire harness, and instruction. It even comes with 3 year warranty. Overall, it took me about 30 to 40 minutes to install the whole thing.

P.S. The color matching is just like the factory auto paint.

Yes it did. It also came with a template of where the spoiler is supposed to go.

I took it into my friends shop and it was installed within hour and a half.

I thought the factory spoiler comes the spring rods too. Stronger spring rods to support the weight.

After installing your spoilers, has anyone noticed increased wind noise?

I wonder if one spoiler makes more noise than the other.

Spoiler looks good. I don't think any car is really complete without a rear wing of some kind.
