I've been running an RT cat from Josh since january. I've had no problems whatsoever. And holy crap what a huge difference it makes over OEM .

Just go to a local muffler shop. I got mine at Bucky's. They had me sold on the Twister. They're made by Greeks.

Most definitely How many CL's on this board have a CF hood anyways, I did a search and only came up with like 2.

so you got a twister resonator + custom piping (diameter?) + "quad" exhaust. anything else? how much was the whole setup? better than buying a cat system like the greddy evo?

Well...

Megan headers were like $120 on Ebay

The custom piping was around $200

The twister resonator came at $50

The RT cat was 250 something...we'll just say $250

And the quad muffs were $300

So that = $920...

Thats not including APEX'i muffs I didn't like and took off...and the SS Pipes that were removed for the quad muffs...

All in all a good exhaust system should (TO ME) cost under $1000

EDIT: 2.5" to twister to 2.25"

is this 2.5" catback? sorry i wasnt following

edit: you posted just as i posted. so its 2.25" axleback, that was my biggest turn off to the magnaflows, their 2.5" inlets are limited.

Yes the axle back is 2.25" with a tad bigger opening so the inlet of the muffs would fit.

Congrats man. From the pic though it looks like the tips might be sticking out a little too far for my taste. Still, probably the nicest CL-P on the site.

edit: how come your "A" badge is upside down?

i didn't know you can have the rt cat + the twister cat combination.... interesting.

would you consider this is better setup than say the greddy evo2 cat?

You say twister cat. I hope you mean Twister resonator. I think my setup is pretty badass for a Premium model. If I had the type-s, the only thing I'd touch would be the headers and the RT high flow cat.

I do think it's a better setup than the Evo2. I believe any thing custom when it comes to exhaust that will give you the most out of it is a better setup.

When you already have a high flow exhaust, I'd only replace the most restrictive areas.

EDIT: Plus I'm not throwing any codes nore did I spend 3 grand for a so so exhaust.

So do you feel any gains with the butt dyno or is it equivalent to your previous setup?

Believe when I say this, I'm actually getting better gas mileage. Butt dyno, meh, kinda sorta.

Not having mufflers and then having mufflers makes a HUGE difference in sound though.
