So here is what failed in my tranny...
well... after some trouble with my password (unknown reasons and problems. I would get emails that the page was updated but i could not log on and when I would ask for a password reset, I would get nothing in my email inbox, spam, trash, and so on), I am finally back...
Anyway, its the most expensive of all the gear sets, ($450).
I am rebuilding the tranny and am going to put it up for sale as a freshly rebuilt trans. BTW, its not me rebuilding it, however a Honda tech who specializes in tranny swaps, rebuilds and so on. The tranny is at Honda now in parts..
Either way, here are the pics (BTW, this is the CLS6 tranny. Turned out to be that the gear had a weak spot/defect in the cast that reared its ugly head 100,000 miles later. Oh and its second gear like I stated):

Luckily, nothing else in the tranny was damaged. Everything else is 100%. No burrs anywhere in the other gears or anything. Its all good.
The entire tranny has been through a parts washer already and is ready to have a new second gear set pressed in.
And for those who cant see it all that well, thats a whole tooth missing along with 2/3 of each tooth above and below it (so only 1/3 left of each). Gear showed a weak spot on it when just looking at it along with when they took the gear off and put it through a sonic test..

That's very very odd. I haven't seen something like that in a while. It has to be a bad casting that just took a long time to break off. BTW is your supra single
? I used to have a 97 RSP auto that was bpu a while back.

I don't appreciate the fact that some people don't listen.
BTW...not a nice way to treat a MOD. You've been warned.

check the black market. I have a thread there with a solution to the problem.
I bought a totaled CLS6 with I stripped and took the tranny from.
Since second gear is the one that died, I looked into replacements. Its the most expensive gear set in the whole tranny. $450. Now as it turns out, its the same gear set as in the 04-07 TL 6sp and the AV6 6sp. So I'm looking for dead cars/trannies to pull the parts from OR Someone send me a deposit for the part, I have my certified Honda Transmission specialist friend rebuild the tranny to factory specs, they send me the balance and I crate the tranny to them.

The Supra was just converted to single when the stock twins died. Turbo #1's shaft bent and #2 was leaking oil sooo out they went and in went a single.
It is the kit that was banned from supra forums as they say (XSPower) but the car is not driven all that often (MAYBE once a week considering its a show car) so something that would have run me $4000+ was out of the question. NOT ONLY SO, I spoke with the guy who makes these kits (lets call him Mark) and he has sold many of these kits and they all last a long time. He only has a low % return rate for broken/bad turbo's and manifolds, but the downpipes have some small fitment issues sometimes, but its not something that cant be fixed by rotating the pipe.
What I can tell you though is what this turbo does at 8psi is what the stock's did at 18-20 (on a spike). This one is just much much more efficient than the stock twins.
Now, back to the tranny, It was casting problems as you can clearly see it when you are looking at the gear. There is a "mixture" between the 2 metals that didnt fuse properly. As well as the the way that the teeth broke. Its missing the same amount on both sides as well as the center tooth. I dont have the print out of the test, however they said that "Honda f*cked up."
