Silver CL w/ Spinners in MD

On my way home from work, I was ridin on the B/W Parkway about to pass the 495 exit. Some silver CL with spinners comes ridin along past me in the left lane. Then, I ride past him in the right lane because traffic starts to bunch up at the Greenbelt Rd(193) exit. Totally disgusted, I don't bother to look over cause I know he's probably lookin over at me. I noticed he had FSU plates and he looked like he had military fatiques on. He might have been headed up to Ft. Meade...I don't know. But when I saw his spinners totally threw off the rest of my day. Has anyone else seen this car.

u got me. looked liked he was a military guy from FL. I think he was getting his lean on, too. I guess that's how they do it down in FL, but not in MD. We're more conservative up north, don't you think?

No, I haven't seen it either.

Hey, about 2 weeks ago I was driving down 295 to Tischer with a busted transmission. I had my hazards on and was doing 40mph tops around 8am.

Did anyone spot me?

Anyone who puts spinners on their car is straight ghetto IMO. People are dazzled by the most stupid things like a piece of metal spinning on a rim....woooo!!!....Ohhhh!!!! They got played out as soon the came out.

It wasn't worth taking pictures, trust me...nor worth the effort. I hope to never see it again. Thank god he is not on this board. If we still had rep points, he'd be a neg from me.

it has NOTHING to do with where you're from

i actually think 'southerners' know how to fix up cars. i've seen plenty of tight rides down here, and some fugly ones

i'm sooo glad the spinners fad is finally passing...kinda like when the racing stripes were everywhere...just a fad.

on another note, why do sooooo many CL owners post stock pics? they're stock! nothing to look at!

Because your a car enthusiast, or like your car, doesn't mean you can't post pics unless its modified. A true enthusiast would understand that.

And some of those "stock" looking CLs have more done to them than you think, *cough* all-motor *cough*

i understand that most cars here do have mods, but the stock ones suck to look at. i mean, you look at the exterior and it's stock. show that engine baby!
