Obviously, check all your fuses. Make sure the connection under your seat is plugged in. And, if worse comes to worse, you may have to pull your seat and open it up to verify that all your connections are good on it. If they are, try a direct line from the battery to the positivte wire on the plug, and ground it, just temporarily to determine what the problem is. The thing with troubleshooting electronics is using the process of elimination, and trying one thing at a time.

The driver has both bottom and back heating elements. RTFM
