Rougher ride after alignment...

i had my alignment done about two weeks ago and i noticed my drive is a lot rougher. tires pressure is the same as it has always been....32psi on both front and rears. after the alignment, i notice i feel every single bump regardless of size. and now, if i hit a road bump, i feel the road more and its like there are aftershocks after each bump. can anyone explain....

Did you get a printout of the suspension settings before and after. Car may be more twitchy the way they set it up. All alignments are not created equal.

here are the specs before and after:

front -
left: (actual) (before) (specified range)
0.4 , 0.4 , -1.0 to 1.0 camber
2.5 , 2.5 , 1.8 to 3.8 caster
0.04 , -0.30 , -0.08 to 0.08 toe

right: (actual) (before) (specified range)
0.1 , 0.1 -1.0 to 1.0
2.3 , 2.3 , 1.8 to 3.8
0.05, 0.40, -0.08 to 0.08

rear -
left:
-0.08, -0.08, -1.0 to 0.0 camber
0.14, -0.18, 0.00 to 0.16 toe

right:
-1.1, -1.0, -1.0 to 0.0
0.14, 0.14, 0.00 to 0.16

i did question the rear right reading of -1.1 for camber and the mechanic said that it was ok.

What you're feeling is the change in tow. As far as the right rear camber, it's borderline. You will see some inner tire wear at -1.1 on that corner. You may want to make sure you rotate religiously.

The change in toe will effect the way it drives as far as "darting" and steering response, but I don't see it effecting ride.
