You need to give us way more information than that.

i change the spark plugs and the coils but wen i turn the car on and have it on park feels like the motor wants to turn off on me and sometimes it does and wen am driving it rides good but once i come to a stop or red light i have to press the brake and give it some gas so the motor wont start to jump

Do you have a check engine light or any other dash light?
If affirmative, get the code read and post it.

If not, it sounds like an EGR valve problem, assuming you have a 5AT and not a 6M transmission.

Welcome to AZ.

BTW, your posts would be easier to read if they were grammatical rather than text-messenging shorthand.

Do an idle relearn procedure. Unhook the battery for 15 minutes.

Hook it up and turn the car to accessory (engine off, car electronics on) and turn off everything including A/C, lights, radio, etc. Turn off the car and then turn it on. Let it idle for 15 minutes.

This teaches the ECU where to idle properly. When your battery is going bad, it starves the ECU of power when you start the car causing data and power loss. That means the stored info for idle and such gets deleted.
