Just a couple of things while I was looking for info and talking to Paul:
-You can use the stock hoses directly to the RL calipers, forget the metal rigid lines.
-350Z Brembo sized rotors seem the best size to use. They are bigger and the bolt holes are tighter around the hub then the non-brembo size (vibration concern). While the brembo sized rotors are thicker, Paul says they will still fit.
- I measured pads and calipers and you need at least 60mm of space from the rotor to the spokes of your rims. This was a critical number for me in determining if my wheels would fit and what size of spacers I would need.

Yea, 19s will clear everything with no problem, but 18s and especially 17s you will need to grind down the studs on the bracket.

Yep. I scratched up my freshly painted Works when I tried mounting them the first time

I used a hack saw from wal mart, only $8-$9 bucks. First put the bracket, and the caliper on, then bolt everything up including the rotor. After that just cut what's necessary with the hack saw, make sure you cover the caliper for protection, you don't want to slip and accidentally nick your caliper.

yep paul had to cut the studs down on my brackets to get my wheels to fit too. the brackets are perfect just the studs on them are just a tad but long. but just cut them down a smige and your fine.

Just put everything together and cut the stud leaving a thread or two above the nut.

i also noticed that the bracket doesnt sit flush against the caliper because it seems like its about 1-2mm too wide so that will need to be shaved down a little bit too so that it sits perfectly against the caliper. no big deal for me since i have tools to take care of it but for the average person it may be a slight issue.
the bracket should be touching the flat part of the caliper and you can see the marks i made to indicate what areas need to be shaved down a tiny bit to get it to sit flat.

no no man. Don't shve it down. when you initally tightening down the caliper you just make sure it crushes into the brack, the bracket is purposely about 1/8"(I think) wider than the tits on the bottom of the caliper, this will make for a very tight and secure fit when crushed in. I asked Paul about this before i installed mine. I hope you didn't shve.

DO NOT SHAVE THE BRACKET ITSELF!
Its made slightly oversized so when you tighten down the caliper it crushes a bit of the bracket and creates a very snug fit.

Stock front is about 18lbs each. The RL calipers weigh about 7lbs. The difference is null.
If you are that concerned with weight, get a set of two piece rotors with aluminum hats.

I looked at the 2 piece 350Z rotors for this project at first but the best I found was $400 each. No thankyou.

$400 EACH. But yea, you were looking for something with a bit more girth.

Not without spacers, and thats if the barrel clears.
