RL BBK Issue - Brake lines

Hey guys,

I have been reading up on the BBK process and I finally pulled the trigger. I put everything together but my car has been raised for a couple days now. I seemed to encounter problems with the brake lines. I finally was able to read up online hear and realized my SS lines were banjo hook ended and I need the bubble flared one the goes in direct without screws. The problem is I've been trying to find them online and can't. I found the following:

http://www.autoanything.com/brakes/75A4620A0A0.aspx

But the picture shows the same line I already have, the banjo hook one. Can someone please direct me to somewhere to get these. My car is currently inoperable and what really sucks balls is that I have been waiting over a year to do this project with all the part ready. I guess no matter how prepared you are you still end up behind sometimes.

Any help would be appreciated.
Gus

Everything is up and running now..it's surprisingly much more aggressive than I thought it would be. With a light foot you wouldn't feel it but slam it and the car stops dead in its tracks. I guess new tires helps! Although im hearing scraping noises while turning it's been a very good upgrade and I very much recommend it. I just gota lift it and see where all the ruckus is coming from!

I was about to order the SS brake lines but, just to make sure the ones in the link from the OP will work with the stock brake system, correct?

SS brake lines

I purchased SS brake lines for my 00 tl-s, and I have purchased RL front calipers and and all needed for the swap. The end of the brake lines don't connect to the calipers. I was wondering is there a type of way to connect it or I will just need to buy SS brake lines for the 06 RL calipers?

i got the SS russell lines on my CL... just with the stock brakes.

love them.

pedal is way more responsive in the beginning and shows no mercy when u tromp on it.

however best of all, the lines show ZERO signs of rusting on the exterior.

I bought ss lines before and they rusted out in 3 years and had to be replaced. so I am a huge advocate of russell..
