ride in my CL somewhat bouncy. how much bounce is tolerable?

I have comptech springs and tokico blues in my car. They've been on there for probably close to ~a year and a half now. I noticed a couple months ago that the ride can get pretty bouncy sometimes. I haven't hit any major potholes or anything. The shocks were purchased brand new from a reputable source on ebay and they were packaged up still from factory. Anyhow, how much bouncy-ness should I be tolerating with this setup? Could it be a problem in my suspension?

yep, springs were direct replacements from comptech

I'm beginning to think something is wrong with my setup then...

What kind of tests should I do or look for? What does bouncy ride usually indicate?

guess i'll check my tire pressures... I'm pretty sure they were authentics. Guy had almost 100% feedback although I know that's not always a true indicator.
