Revs Jumping!!! Help a bratha out!!

about two months ago I left for europe and I forgot to take the plugs off my battery.....now after i start it with a new battery the revs are jumping from 1k to 2k.. had a couple mechanics look at no one can figure it out. Can anyone help???

Do you think i can pull it and just clean it w/ cleaner and hit it w compressed air?

I did that and mine got even more fucked. Maybe I used the wrong cleaner. TB cleaner. Maybe thats what did it..

TB cleaner just doesn't seem right, I don't know what the best thing to use is. Mine does the same off and on, sometimes it hovers around 1K, other times more like 2K. I will probably need an IACV soon enough.

I cleaned my with carb cleaner and it seemed to work. It's still not 100%, but much improved.
