Dude, the transmission is covered under the drivtrain warranty, which if I'm not mistaken is to 100,000 miles.

Come on guys ! I didn't ask about the warranty or the slush box, 45,000 mile service ! Can someone tell what they do ? My tire shop today is rotating my S-03's and changing my synthetic mobil one oil, so what is it that Acura does for another $300-400 bucks I've heard ?

Thanks again !

If you needed an answer that quick, why not just look at the manual? It tells you exactly what is needed to be done at certain mileage intervals.

How's the tires wearing? I went with the 730's because of higher tread wear rating and cost. If I can get 30k miles out of poles I will get them next time. For service, I was just joking about the trans, I did like being called "DUDE" ; There's no major service due until 100k. Oil changes and basic look arounds are thats needed. Sounds like a ask JENS question.

45k maintenance

I just took my car in this morning to have it done, I will list what they did with it. I'm pretty sure it will include the following + some more;

-Tire rotation
-Radiator/Coolant flush and fill
-Internal AC air filter change (I thought that was at 37.5, but the dealer told me otherwise)
-Oil change
-transmission fluid maintenance?

-Basically everything that was included w/ the 15k maintenance plus some.

Ken,
You came off pretty nicely with it, unfortunately for me my 45k came out to be close to 500$ (485.49 exactly). I am starting to feel like I might have gotten reamed big time by the dealer And this is with a 10% discount, 25$ of that was replacing the wipers (which I thought the TSB would take car of, but did not). The service was performed at John Eagle Acura in Houston, I believe I received a quote from Sterling Mccall Acura and it was roughly the same.
