Question about rev limits
Question about rev limits
When I was checking out the actuator by reving my engine, when it hits about the 5000 - 5500 range, it won't rev any further, it sort of bounces. As if you are bliping the throttle.
Is this normal?
BTW.
The actuator worked fine.
The car runs fine to redline in any gear (but first since the SS shifts automaticly) when the car is driven.

That is proper operation when the vehicle is in park or neutral to prevent engine damage when no load is present.

The Helms manual mentions this. When the car is in neutral or park, it keeps the revs down.
(I noticed this, since I found an error in the Helms about the fuel cut-off when the car is running).
