problems with tranny got me thinking....

problems with tranny got me thinking....

couldnt we start a class action law suit against acura??? geez, alot of us are waiting for tranny's that should already be in stock.

Those that consider suing,w/o using the Lemon Law, should get an independent assesment of their tranny after it goes out. Need expert opinion about cause of malfunction. Courts like evidence not speculation.

do i need to say it again.... a defective tranny, for those of us whose pos gear machine went out of commision within 18 months.

Ever hear of Warranty ? Did Acura "deny" you another transmission ? What is your worry ? Have them get another transmission, then sell the car and your DONE ! What don't you understand ?

Unless you are denied warrenty replacements, other than a reason of you abusing the car, you don't have anything CLOSE to a case...

But then again, if you are a wealthy indivudual and don't have a better use for your buck, get a lawyer and go ahead and fight an international corp.

This doesn't even meet the requirements of a class action lawsuit, yet.

Ok, I'll help you out, again. Read up on Federal Rule 23 and THEN see if it's still an option.

Anyways, enough flaming the guy. I think he gets the point. You can sue anyone you'd like, but winning a suit is a whole different ball game.
