Not from my experience.
However I do dyno 250ish to the wheels with all my mods, so IDK if my car is a good indicator. I may have things setup different & gains may or may not be there for me because of that.

I thought I felt a difference, then I dyno'd after a week, & dyno'd the same numbers as before the install.

I never understood why your numbers were so low, but I would just say that your dyno isnt a good indicator.

I thought it was for a better intial take off because all they do is store air its not like its pushing more air into your IM.

Its all in your set up guys. Stuff like this normally work at full potential in a package. When I put them on my car the car was good but after I added my 3 inch cat back later it was a day and night difference cause the car was sick. You got to again look at the concept of the motor is basically a pump. The more effectively you can get more air into the motor and back out quick, the more power you will make. The Plenums are allow you to store more air to dump into the motor, but if you not flowing enough air into them or letting out enough exhaust then your not going to get the best results.
