Post-Icebox gas mileage?

Has yours gone up, down, or stayed the same?

I have the feeling mine has gone down. I am at 70 miles and the needle is almost at half.

Another question... what is the proper conversion from liters to gallons? Division by 4, or by 3.78?

Well, I've heard of a few AEMs cracking at the welds on the bracket brace. Like mine.

Getting Injen next, so far I haven't heard any issues from other owners.

Scary stuff about the AEM man... scary stuff.

Definitely lookin' into Injen possibly.

Or maybe icebox... so I can hear the Apex'i catbacks alil' better... damn.

And sorry for whoring the thread 03. I don't remember if I get better mileage now, cause I don't remember my averages from pre-installation.

But I get roughly 300+ miles per tank.

On freeway driving (not stop and go rush hour traffic) my mileage went up.

I averaged over 32 mpg on the freeway.

Day to day driving, my mpg remained about the same, but i've noticed it's usually higher, except when I

Gas mileage shouldn't change. If at all it should increase because the engine isn't working as hard to get the air it needs (less restrictive intake = more power, more efficient). However, I have a feeling you have been "testing" the new found horsepower on your CL-S and therefore the increase in WOT acceleration has decreased your fuel efficency.

I'm dissapinted if I dont get 200 miles before it hits half. I usually get ~ 26mpg overall. About 70/30 highway/city, and I dont drive like a grandma.

Last night on highway driving I hit 220 at half-tank in my stock 02 TL. But now that I've done some city driving it's at 288 at 1/4 tank.
