Piaa 2100 Fog Light Replacement - PICS

Hello everyone,

I just installed PIAA 2100 fog lights where the old roadlamps used to be. I was getting sick of those things looking so weak. Right now they are at 3800K with the normal hyperwhites. I was thinking of swapping the bulbs out with either the amber piaa lights or the super plasma 5000K's. What do you think?

-Matt

look like you have some good output there. did you put anything in to fill the space instead of the roadlamps, or do you just mount those in the holes (i hope not) its hard to tell what you did from the pics at night. post some daytime pics of them not lit up...i wanna see how you mounted those suckers.

if they are just in the holes you should look into custom mounting them into some 03 inserts.

Nice. Could you post a shot of them not lit up so we can see what they look like off.

I'll post some daytime pictures when I get a chance. I haven't had the time to get the 03 fillers yet, but I want do either do that, or get something custom done. I will hopefully get a shot of them in the next few days...Working 8-7 M-S SUCKS.

You need something around them. Looks terrible left open like that.

You should be able to drill out the 03 inserts to let your lights fit through them.

Yep or an online dealer. 1 will cost more then the other for some reason. But still cheap enough.

$230, I like the Micro de's also, I wasn't a part of the forum before buying the piaa's. We'll see, I can't stand it when I dont like something 100%, and so far, I dont like these 100%. =( Thanks for the honesty

yeah, they're actually very affordable. from http://faqlight.carpassion.info/aux-ligths.htm (HID faq site), HID fogs aren't better than halogen. make a custom grille with a shroud and you have OEM look

Part #42 & 43. You need to type in an 03 CL since that's the only year they came on.
