It turned out that my AFC is bad. I didn't use a plug and play harness, becuase AFC is really easy to wire up. You only really have to cut 2 wires. Yeah but my AFC is making the map signel jump around. So I need to try and get another V-AFC. Unless someone in this area has a few bucks to spend. I will install on there car, dyno, and AFC tune. Or I might even have to give out a couple cheap sets for some of you to dyno test, and post up results.

PM me and let me know what everything would cost alltogether and I will consider it. Also, does your shop tune UniChips?

Just wondering is there any negative effects from this mod? such as loss of low end tq, decrease in gas mileage?

Either way I am still interested. I want some more power and I have some extra money.

Doesn't more power mean less gas mileage?

Oh thanks for not ripping my head of, didn't even notice that.

In that case just send them to me, if thats the case i'll stay NA and help everyone else out who is trying to

Im running the NEO and last time with stock exhaust piping and stock Accord 3.0 cat I got 278/239@hubs.

So I think I would be a pretty good candidate for the covers to be sent out to me, if your willing to deal with us So Calers

I agree, Accord_V6_400m would be a great candidate for this plenum. That way I can purchase his S/C. win-win situation for all.

I love how I got a pm about this just as I installed the UR Sc crank pulley and SC Alt. pulley

Who knows maybe I'll do this as a before and after SC thing, unless these get sent earlier then I can do an NA application dyno.

Ok as all of you know. I am not a vendor on this forum so i can in no way, sell my product on here. Not even discounted. So Josh at Excelerate Performance is the one who is in charge of getting the few cars discounted Plenums to test out. So contact him if you are interested. Sorry for late reply.

I have begun contacting specific members.

Basically what I am looking for is 3 test subjects. I want someone with a 3.5L conversion so I have chosen CleanCL. I also need 2 others. I am looking at Accord_V6_400m b/c he has bolt ons, a 6 spd, and the NEO to tune it. I want one other person who has an A/T and bolt ons (I/H/E/P). Again this will fit only the CL-S/TL-S.

The price on these plenums is $649. There is some discount for these first 3 but you must do before and after dynos to verify the gains. Please let me know.

Excelerate, I can be the 3rd test subject if you'd like.

I have all the required mods, and am an A/T. I can probably coordinate with Accord_V6_400m down here in So Cal as well so we can dyno together for consistency in results.

Wow the product seems great and all but where did this $650 price tag come from? Josh when you can pm me the discounted price because the stock pieces go for ~50 each depending on which one you get.

Just seems like a lot for the power gains that you get, well im about to SC my ride so obviously im being a little bias towards the great value a SC kit puts worth when you get it for an awesome price.

Also Brianlin87 we should meet up so you can check out my supercharger kit so you knwo what your getting or at the very least what your getting should the time come.

That and we can discuss the IM chambers and dynoing them.

I have an auto and the same exact mods as Accord_V6_400m, including the neo, and I just dyno'ed mine recently, if I got the plenums I would slap them on and go back to the same tuner. LMK Excellerate

I will PM you the discounted price. You guys have to understand that this comes from a solid block of billet aluminum. He has to put these on the CNC machine and it takes a few hours to do so there is a lot of time and raw material cost involved. Remember he gained 6whp on a CL-S 6 spd with only an intake.

Like Excelerate said, CNC machining solid aluminum billets ain't cheap. If the gains are significant, it's money well spent. Hell, a small billet aluminum TB spacer is $100 and (some of) you guys couldn't wait to buy that ...

You guys kill me, if that is alot of money to you, and are not willing to spend it to gain the power, why are you even posting on the item?

Lets see, do you have:
Cat Back exhaust system? How many hp did you gain vs money spent?

Air intake system? How many hp did you gain vs money spent?

Headers? How many hp did you gain vs money spent?

Intake and TB spacers? How many hp did you gain vs money spent?

I feel if you can gain 1hp per $100 that you spend, you are headed in the right direction.......

P2R, keep up the good work and we hope to see these poeces in production soon.....
Maybe someone will shoot the red car for a magazine.....

i was looking for it to be alittle cheaper, more around the $400-550 range for atleast a good 8whp, but hey if the gains are there then im willing to put alittle money to the side for them. i probably wont be the first to jump on them but ill get them if the gains are reasonable like nopiguy said. im not the richest person by no means but if i want something ill usually get it. also please keep up the work PowerRev and keep some j-series parts coming.

also keep us updated on the 3 test plenums going on

I wish I could of brought this product out at a cheaper price, but the material cost alone is huge, as we are starting from a huge chunk of aluminum, and basically gutting it out. A ton of material gets wasted making this product. The way I look at it, is its another perofmance mod you can add to your car. I am not saying for you to put this product on before you even put on a intake, as this product is a lot more expensive than a intake, but what happens to those of you who already have all there bolt ons, and would like even more HP from there car
Remember most J series parts that we will release are parts that we are making for our own race cars, and decide to release it commercially for you guys to enjoy some more aftermarket parts for your J series. We all know there is not enough aftermarket support for these cars.

100 dollars per 1hp? are you fucking kidding me? so we should pay 3200 dollars for comptechs headers? according to them you gain 32whp at 6600rpm

600 for these plenum spacers is a alright price if you have every bolt on mod possible and can make 10whp + with a good tune.

I totally agree...

Put up or shut up. 650 is a great price. Look at what others cost towards different cars and it'll be in the same range or more.

Sounds like you're being a little hypocriticle when in your own thread your asking about what else you can put on your engine to get more power.

Since my mods come to my car at a slow pace due to my financial situation (mortgage, kids, etc, etc), I myself will definitely add this mod on my "mod list" However, as the adage goes, "gotta pay to play" seems to apply here folks....

gc86: Hope you don't mind if I contact you when I have a few inquiries at some point in the upcoming months about some of your mods....
