Oil Leak in My CL 01

My car is a CL-P 01 gold color with 85,000 miles on it and the type s look. Original tranny(Knock on wood) I start to see some oil leak( Motor oil) . I check the drain plug and oil pan and all look Ok!. this morning I try to check again And maybe come from between the motor and transmition But I,m not pretty sure. Any sugestions and help I Really appreciate.

I,m newbie in the forum.

Check the oil filter, it might not be screwed on tight or correctly.

If it's coming from between the motor and tranny, it could be the rear main seal. If it is, it's around $800 labor for a $8 part. Are you in warranty?

If it's not leaking bad, just a bit of seapage, just deal with it until your tranny dies & have it replacd then.

It shouldn't be that bad you have to check it every two days?! If so then it needs to be fixed ASAP. I've had cars in the past with leaking rear main seals and they still only needed to be topped up once a month or so. Weekly check should be good unless it's a severe leak. If it's leaking that bad the whole underside of the car from the motor back will be wet with oil! If just the close area around the tranny is wet then it shouldn't be that bad. Is there a pool when the car is parked?

The reason I check every two days is just to prevent.let me tell you something my CL is used every day so I put a lot of miles on it . more is used ,more oil leak. And more Fu@#%$% Money In motor oil to refill. That the reason.Today I call Acura of Puerto Rico(Excelent Customer Service!) And taLk About My problem they said this job is not cover by warranty because of my car is done (Damn!!) . transmition warranty 1 year Left ( 7 years or 109,000 Miles) i dont know what to do just deal with it until my transmition warranty expire and for other car or Pay for this expensive repair .

Yeah so I'm having the same problem, noticed it Friday. I've got almost 60K miles on the 01-CLP. This is not making my day.
